ABOUT

Billed as software “built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs,” Zuitte purports to be a single app that does the job of many. It can help businesses streamline a host of functionalities, from accounting to email marketing and social media management, with a whole lot in between. Launched only in July 2019, the company, with its headquarters in Queensland, Australia, is a fledgling in the marketplace. It is the concoction of two Australian entrepreneurs who, having experienced the difficulties of using multiple apps, saw the utility of designing a powerful all-in-one platform. As such, Zuitte looks to pack the same punch as behemoths such as Zoho One and HubSpot. So, does it succeed in doing that? Let’s take a closer look to find out.

Who is Zuitte For?

Solo entrepreneurs and micro-businesses may find Zuitte heavy in both the price and feature department. That said, it can be used by a range of businesses, from small and medium-sized companies to enterprise-level ones. The software is priced attractively enough to entice small businesses to give it a go. Furthermore, when it comes to its features, there is no ambiguity. It offers firms similar functionality to what some of its competitor apps do. That you get all that functionality in one platform is a boon to all businesses, big or small. It is especially beneficial to companies that need a strong online presence such as drop-shippers, FBA sellers on Amazon, and social media marketing agencies.

PRICING

Zuitte has a single, uncomplicated pricing scheme. It costs $79 per month, which goes without saying, includes all its features. For sure, this price point cannot be termed as cheap by any means. However, it takes on a whole new meaning when you consider that the app offers you the functionality of about 8-10 apps combined. Notably, while you cannot create sub-accounts, you can give your employees access to the software’s CRM, social media management, and accounting tools. This facility is a smart way to discourage the reselling of sub-accounts while still providing team functionality.

Importantly, the company has a 7-day, no credit card required, free trial that businesses can use to test out its tools. Furthermore, since it is a newly launched application, the company, at present, has several offers at hand.

Here are Zuitte’s special discounts, at the time of this writing:

  • $49 for an annual subscription, which amounts to 94% off
  • $99 for a three-year subscription, a whopping 96% off
  • $149 for a five-year subscription, which is again a 96% discount
  • $199 for a lifetime subscription

1. Analytics

The software offers users a comprehensive domain, website, and social network analytics. The main analytics dashboard gives you an overview of all your registered sites, complete with essential data such as a 7-day comparison of website traffic. It even gives you a breakup of new and returning visitors for easy distinction. Aside from general information on your website, such as your IP, domain, and malware scan data, Zuitte also shows you how well you are doing ranking-wise on different search engines. These include Google, Bing, and Yahoo indexes.

Additionally, it analyzes your external and internal links as well as shows you your keyword density and position. Furthermore, the software also investigates your website to see if it is mobile-friendly or not. On the social media front, the app covers five platforms. These are Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, Buffer, and Xing. Using the social network analysis tool, you can get a breakdown of the shares, comments, and reactions your content has received on these platforms. Notably, it does not analyze Twitter and Instagram reactions, which is a big miss, as both are vital social media cogs today.

2. Social Media Management

Zuitte’s social media manager helps you manage and grow your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts. Importantly, the software allows you to monitor an unlimited number of accounts on all those platforms. You can use the app’s automation tools to schedule posts days, weeks, or even months in advance to ensure that you are putting out content regularly. The software allows you to add text, images, videos, and links to your post. Once you have designed and scheduled your content, the app automatically posts it on the set time and day.

Another time-saving tool is the software’s Caption feature, which allows you to prepare captions in advance to go along with your posts. Additionally, the app’s editor allows you to add or edit watermarks, so you can make them transparent or more visible as you wish. On the negative side, the reports section of the manager gives you a basic overview of the number of monthly posts you have put out and not much else.

3. Email Marketing

The software has several tools that make email marketing an easy task. For one, the marketing manager’s import function allows you to build your email and subscriber lists quickly. The software supports imports in CSV, text, and SQL formats. For another, you can sync email lists together, or split them up into smaller lists with the click of a few buttons. Other tools include an email blacklist and an email suppression list option that you can use to add email addresses you do not want to be incorporated in specific campaigns.

Building a campaign on Zuitte is similarly straightforward. The software gives you plenty of prompts to help you fill out the forms needed to build one. Conversely, the app only offers a few pre-designed email templates, none of which are very impressive. That said, Zuitte’s email builder is a competent one. It has a user-friendly interface that allows you to drag-and-drop content blocks into the template. Using it, you can add everything from boxed texts and images to dividers and social media buttons.

Another nice feature is that the software tests out your emails by assigning a spam score to it. You can send out around 4000 emails for free every month with your subscription. If you want to send out more, you can do so by purchasing additional email plans. For $25, you can send out 10,000 emails per month, and $50 will fetch you 20,000 emails per month.

4. Facebook Messenger Bot

With Zuitte’s Facebook messenger bot, you can engage visitors on your Facebook pages or groups with conversations using chatbots. Like other chatbots, you can configure this bot with auto-replies to keywords. Since Zuitte allows you to program replies to an unlimited number of keywords, the auto-reply process can be as simple or complex as you want. What’s more, you can even set message delays or show typing effects to give visitors the illusion that a real customer rep is behind the replies. Additionally, you can program the bot to add your visitor’s first or last name in conversations, which is an excellent way to personalize the interaction.

While the bot is primarily for Facebook, the software allows you to integrate and use it on multiple platforms. These include your websites, e-commerce stores, and third-party applications, along with email auto-response campaigns. Another nice feature here is that you can use it to send out mass promotional content to all your messenger list subscribers, which is a proven way to get higher engagement rates than Facebook posts and emails.

5. Project Management

Zuitte has competent project management tools. You can manage unlimited projects on it, complete with a client contract, description, start-and-end date, budget, and priority, along with pertinent notes and files. To save time, you can design project templates and save them for reuse later. Similarly, you can create tasks, add them to a project, assign them to team members, indicate priority, and even create dependencies to it.

The software’s task board and calendar features give you an overview of completed, ongoing, and upcoming tasks. Also, you can choose to give clients access to their projects so they can check on their progress. The feature’s message tool also allows clients to chat with project managers. Furthermore, Zuitte also has a time log feature. However, this only lets you manually record the total time taken to complete a project and not individual tasks. It will have been nice if the software enables you to record the time taken for each task and then automatically totaled that to give you a project time log.

6. CRM And HR Features

This all-in-one platform’s CRM tools include contact, inventory, and document management. The software’s contact manager stores all your contact information in one central repository for easy access. Helpfully, it saves the client and lead data separately for easy distinction. The software allows you to store a fair bit of information on your clients, including their contact data, social media profiles, and even GST number. When it comes to inventory, you can keep a basic list-type inventory of all your products and suppliers and not much else.

Thankfully, the software’s HR tools are much more robust. You can create a comprehensive employee list, complete with departments, designations, hourly rates, and user controls. Besides, the app has attendance and employee leave functionality too. Employees can manually clock in or out and apply for leave from within the software itself. Importantly, if you enable it, the software automatically conducts an IP address check when an employee clocks in, ensuring that they can’t do so without being physically present at their workstations. The app also has an internal ticketing system that employees can use to submit any questions or issues that need to be resolved. Furthermore, you can create a knowledge base of company best practices and guides for your employees to peruse through.

7. Accounting Features

Zuitte offers users basic accounting features. You can create and send quotes, estimates, invoices, and purchase orders to your clients or suppliers from within the app. While these do not have any customization options, creating them is a straightforward process. Additionally, you can convert an estimate into an invoice with just a few clicks. Once an invoice is generated, you can download it as a PDF document or copy the payment link to send to your clients. You can also add credit note addendums and send out payment reminders if a client has defaulted on his or her payment. Furthermore, the software has an expense tab where you can record all your project-related expenses. Employees can also submit expenses to be approved by their manager.

8. URL Shortener

The software’s URL shortener is a handy tool that you can use not only to edit but also to track your links. Once you have shared your shortened link, the software automatically tracks it to give you data such as the number of clicks and shares it received. Additionally, you can use this to create splash and overlay pages that display and advertise your products on other websites.

INTEGRATIONS

At present, Zuitte only integrates with Zapier. The software has APIs, but they are currently available only for the Email Marketing and Link Shortening modules. The company plans on adding a full API to its Project management and CRM modules shortly.

More About Zuitte All in One Business Suite

Set Up And Ease Of Use

Even with its vast repertoire of features, Zuitte is relatively easy to set up. You see helpful prompts that pop-up as you navigate the software for the first time. These not only succinctly explain what each feature is but also how to best use them. Also, the app has a progress bar that shows you what percentage of the onboarding process you have completed and details the steps that still need to be completed.

Zuitte has a clean interface with a vertical menu on the left side of the screen. The software is divided into four distinct modules: Analytics, Automation, Marketing, and Operations. Each module has a separate dashboard. To go from one module to the next, you must first go to the home page and then select the next module, which is a minor irritation.

Currently, Zuitte only has its desktop version to fall back on. That said, the site is a mobile responsive one, so you can access it through your phone’s internet browser if you have to when you are out and about. The software has plans to roll out Android and iOS apps sometime later this year, so watch out for that.

Customer Support

Zuitte’s customer reps are available on weekdays from 9 to 5 PM. You can reach them through email, Facebook messenger, or the live chat option on their website. They are generally responsive, forthcoming, and helpful with their answers. In addition to these, the software has a decent repertoire of FAQs, getting-started guides, video tutorials, and a resource library with articles that show you how to market on various platforms. Furthermore, Zuitte hosts a forum where you can discuss your issues with other subscribers. However, it is not very active at present.

Online Security

The software has all the standard security measures in place that we now expect from SaaS providers. These include SSL encryption for all server to browser communication, Opportunistic TLS encryption for email security, regular firewall updates, and daily data backup at their data centers that have 24/7 surveillance. Besides, the company’s reps informed me that two-factor authentication is a security feature in the pipeline that will be coming soon.

PROS AND CONS

PROS

  • Robust analytical tools
  • Multiplatform social media management
  • Powerful messenger bot tool
  • Good project management features
  • Responsive customer support
  • Easy to set-up

CONS

  • No analytics for Twitter and Instagram posts

  • No mobile app

CONCLUSION

There’s no doubt that Zuitte comes packed to the hilt with features. With some of these, they hit the ball out of the park (analytics and social media management) but miss the mark with others (CRM). Furthermore, some of their other features, such as project management, accounting, and HR, while well-developed, don’t give you an all-encompassing functionality. Also, if the company wants to stand toe-to-toe with its more established competitors, it must improve in the integration department and provide users a mobile app soon.

The good news is that Zuitte is an evolving software, with plenty of features still in the pipeline. The company has a roadmap on its website that details where it sees itself feature-wise in the next few years, and it makes for exciting reading. Whether it is the right app for you now, of course, depends on what your business’ primary needs are. The great thing is that the software has fantastic discounts on offer currently along with a 7-day free trial that you can take advantage of to see if it is for you or not.
